Our townhome association, partnered with Build Rite to identify a scope of work for some deteriorating/rotting wood on our screened in porches and railed decking that are a critical aesthetic and functional component of our town home development. All units had substantial work to be completed. From start to finish, Build Rite quickly and efficiently responded to our need for an onsite review and quote. We entertained 2 other contractors and Build Rite’s knowledge and expertise exceeded our expectations. Their communication coupled with the very neat, organized and clean job site was a refreshing experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Build Rite’s services in the future.

We hired Build Rite Construction to perform work on our original 110 year old two story three bedroom, one and one/half bath frame house. The work included doing a demo of the inside of the house to perform a complete electrical rewire and upgrade, install a new furnace with new A/C and two additional heat pump units, insulate exterior walls, install new oak flooring throughout first floor, remove old kitchen and install new cabinets with new countertops, remove old concrete patio and re-pour 1000 SF new concrete and stairs, replace and rebuild a new retaining wall around the patio, and repaint the entire interior of the house. We had Steve and his crew at Build Rite tackle a challenging renovation for us of an old Victorian home and it came out better than expected. It seemed like every stone they turned uncovered a new issue, but Steve and his crew handled it professionally, quickly, and creatively. In addition, we really appreciated getting to know the crew over the several month renovation. With Covid, we were all hunkered down and at times in close quarters, but they were always pleasant and professional and courteous of our schedules and lives. Build Rite executed our pandemic gut rehab with diligence. Labor & product shortages made for a long and challenging project, but our onsite project lead was responsive and super helpful. When issues arose, which happens in rehabs, Build Rite was flexible and focused on solutions.

My wife and I worked with Build Rite construction over the course of 2018 to build a new constriction on Harbor Shores Golf course in South West Michigan. The craftsmanship of the home was exceptional, including the attention to detail on the finishes. We contracted with Steve and Build-rite at the beginning of the pandemic to build our retirement home. Through all of the cost fluctuations and labor shortages Steve was on top of it. He helped us manage the ups and downs associated with the pandemic and worked tirelessly to keep the project running smoothly.
