He helped us manage the ups and downs associated with the pandemic and worked tirelessly to keep the project running smoothly. The "crew" was wonderful to work with and stepped in when needed, always with a positive and respectful attitude.

We hired Build Rite Construction to perform work on our original 110 year old two story three bedroom, one and one/half bath frame house. The work included doing a demo of the inside of the house to perform a complete electrical rewire and upgrade, install a new furnace with new A/C and two additional heat pump units, insulate exterior walls, install new oak flooring throughout first floor, remove old kitchen and install new cabinets with new countertops, remove old concrete patio and re-pour 1000 SF new concrete and stairs, replace and rebuild a new retaining wall around the patio, and repaint the entire interior of the house. It seemed like every stone they turned uncovered a new issue, but Steve and his crew handled it professionally, quickly, and creatively. In addition, we really appreciated getting to know the crew over the several month renovation. With Covid, we were all hunkered down and at times in close quarters, but they were always pleasant and professional and courteous of our schedules and lives.
